14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our sound design products. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase or delivery under the following conditions:

1. Physical Accessories (Sound Gear)

• Gear items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all parts and original packaging included.
• Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Digital Sound Packs & Libraries

• If you are unsatisfied with a sound pack, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order number and brief feedback on why the library didn't fit your needs.
• Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we reserve the right to offer store credit, a replacement pack, or a refund upon review to prevent abuse.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• We respond to all requests within 1–2 business days.
