We stand behind our sound design products. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase or delivery under the following conditions:
1. Physical Accessories (Sound Gear)

Gear items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all parts and original packaging included.

Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Digital Sound Packs & Libraries

If you are unsatisfied with a sound pack, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order number and brief feedback on why the library didn't fit your workflow.

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we reserve the right to offer store credit, a replacement pack, or a refund upon review to prevent abuse.
